1. Submit Your Artwork

Artists apply to be part of the Guest House Art network by submitting our form in the artists drop down menu.

We curate pieces that fit real homes — not just galleries.

2. We Place Your Art (For Free)

Once accepted, your artwork is placed inside vetted homes, Airbnbs, and short-term rentals. We normally try to collect 5-10 pieces and will put one piece per artist per house.

3. Get Exposure + Sales

Guests view your artwork naturally while staying in the home. A QR code is present at the home with a House ID # linking back to all the artwork and its price on our site.

If your piece sells, you get paid. We Collect commission. We Pay Host and all parties win.

We currently are offering free Professional photos once the house has been fully equipped with the artwork. Also a kickback of 10% will be given to the host.
Where does Guest House Art operate?

We launch city by city. Currently based in the south east from the carolinas to Florida. Availability depends on vetted homes and artists in each area.
How much does shipping cost?

We currently do not offer shipping as we have the guests staying at the house take the painting upon checkout
